Itinerary

The most iconic square of the city of Naples, the famous Piazza Plebiscito, where all the most important events and celebrations take place by the monumental façade of the Royal Palace. This was the residence of the Bourbon kings in the 18th and 19th century until the kingdom was united to Italy in 1860. The beautiful church and colonnade of San Francesco di Paola is also not to be missed. A break at the oldest café of the city Caffè Gambrinus to enjoy the Neapolitan ritual of the coffee, a walk on the lively avenue via Toledo for a little shopping, a look to the historical San Carlo Opera House opposite to the elegant Galleria Umberto I and a photo of the imposing size of the Maschio Angioino castle (New Castle) make this itinerary one of the most symbolic tours of the town.
